Merry Christmas from the King Family! Our family recently went to Branson and took this old fashioned photo of us dressed in Victorian clothing.
The picture reminds me of “A Christmas Carol” written by Charles Dickens in 1843 which is one of the greatest parables about repentance ever penned. Ebenezer Scrooge hates Christmas and everything that has to do with it but he is visited by several Christmas ghosts who remind him of what Christmas is really about. Scrooge changes from a bitter old miser into a person full of joy and compassion for others.
Jesus does the same thing when he transforms old ugly sinners into new creations!
